[SOLVED] electronic from my hand

my hands are giving my keyboard and mouse some electronic from my hands when is tough them , which make the keyboard not responding to my typing and some time the keyboard does not type any litters
my pc is new and I bullied without the case
and I hear some electronic sone in my handphone which is wired

How I fix that my mouse and keyboard are fine in my laptop without any problem
but in my pc, some time work sometimes does not work when I typing

My motherboard is
GIGABYTE B450 AORUS PRO WIFI

A pc needs a case of some kind to be properly grounded to avoid static and electrical damage.

Please stop touching your stuff while the system is not in a Case. It just take 1 static shock on any of your hardware to destroy it and bring other parts with it. Microship can be damaged by shocks as low as 10 volts. A static shock from you is over 1500 volts and can go up to 12000 volts if you rub yourself on some carpet. Do not screw around with static shock. For a PC it's death.

Change the psu and if that does not work get an electrician to check the grounding in your house.
