Electrostatic question need some input

Hi as I am getting near to finishing ordering my parts for my new build I have a question regarding esd I was going to get an electrostatic wristband band but then I realized my house is kind of old which the outlets do not have a third prong and if I understand correctly that is where the esd strap gets the ground from to as you connect it to the metal on the pc or power supply (correct me if I'm wrong ) so what would you guys recommend. My house is half tile half carpet I was planning on just building it where the tile is at. I have other computers in my house but we just use those adapters that go 2 prong to 3 prong and they've never had an issue.

you radiators and water pipes should be grounded but in reality esd isnt that big of an issue unless your working on a nylon carpet.
