I would actually consider getting this.
Streaming is something I dont do constantly but at least a few times a week, and the alt-tabbing is definitely annoying in osme cases.
But since its win10 (and I am on 7) I probably wont get it (strange, win10, but usb 2.0).

If all it does is remember keystrokes and macros, you might be better off just getting something like the Logitech G13 pad and programming that yourself. Not exactly plug-and-play, but it is half the price. I'd gladly set it up myself to save the cost.
