elgato HD60pro not recognized

got an AM4 board and my elgato is not being recognized. it does work and is in correctly

it does meet the requirements and that post didnt help me. the whole card isnt recognized.

What is the AM4 motherboard you are using?

1. Have you installed and run the Elgato capture software?
2. Do you see anything in Device Manager identified as "Unknown Device"?
3. Does it show up in Device Manager under Monitors as "Generic PnP monitor"?

Yes, no, and I have two pnp monitors popping up but I have 2 monitors also
