[SOLVED] Eligible for RMa?

Hello guys,I've got Strix 1080Ti OC,last few months I've got wierd crashes in games,checking temperatures and clocks everything is just fine,but im still getting crashes. After deep inspection I realized that if I underclock my card -150mhz I can run just stable... So,is it eligible for rma? Just to mention,that card is coming in three operational modes,Gaming (out of box),OC and custom... I'm running on stock gaming mode... So,can I rma or it is all about my luck on silicon lottery? Thanks...

An RMA depends on the manufacturer and length of your warranty. Check with Asus to see if this is even an option for you.

I have valid warranty for next 10 months.
My question is,are they able to underclock my card,flash another bios to send me back fully repaired card or they got to give me same card specs that I paid for?

Usually, you be sent a card equal to or better than what you have now.
