Hi, I have a Elitebook 8540p connected to my new 4k Samsung TV trough the laptop Displayport with a brand new Hama Ultra HD 4K gold plated Displayport to Hdmi 1.8 meter cable adapter, windows don't detect the connected TV, only way is to choose "Project" with the fn+f4 keys, then the second display appears on display settings, but still when i press "detect" windows still says no display where detected, the TV also appears on my Nvidia control panel with a 2048x1536 max resolution option instead of 3240x2160,ib searched for a fix for this bit the ones that Iv found, sisnt worked for me, appreciate any help from some guru, thanks in advance.
