Yes. If you could expand and tell us more about your problem. But perhaps your first source of information should be the manual that came with it or emailing the manufacturer, since they are the most knowledgeable about their own products.

Well there are 2 types of codes:
[1] The code with which you lock your phone for security.
[2] The PUK code which you need if you enter your security code wrong for 3 consecutive times.

You'l get the first code from the manual itself. (Unless you made up your own code & forgot it)
The PUK number, you get it from your service provider. Contact their customer service.
