eMachine em350 resuscitation

Hi,
I have an em350 netbook with Intel Atom N450 CPU, SSD and 2Gb RAm running Windows 7 with Viber antivirus. Browsers crawl and take 60secs to fully load a webpage like CNN.
CPU is up around 100% a lot. I adjusted system for performance mode and removed visual effects.
What else can I do? Would hate to dump computer. SSD makes netbook boot quiet fast but browser sucks. Chrome, FF and palemoon browsers all crawl. Seems like a CPU issue.

burn it with FIRE!!!!!!, hmm i would say use an old version of IE, as the new browsers still can be quite intensive, try IE8/7 maybe 9.

I feel dirty for suggesting to use IE, but it the least intensive of most common browsers, to my knowledge at least.
