emachine t6520 beeps shows logo won't go into bios setup (f2) goes to realtek lan card looking for network boot ignores (f10)

trying to install harddrive and boot from usb stick to install linux

Try resetting the bios via the jumper on the motherboard. Then enter the bios and load default values.
