Emachines et1161 07 is a mATX?

Hi, I want to replace the mother board in my emachines ET1161-07, but im not sure if the case is a mATX or a ATX, if anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it!!

I'm thinking of doing the same thing on my ET1161-07. It is an mATX; I found the specs here:

My question is, if I buy a used motherboard...what else will I need to replace it? I'm pretty sure I can do it, but then what about drivers, etc... I've seen the new ones from newegg, for example, that come with installation disks.
