eMachines Will not boot from CDrom or USB

I have a emachines e725 and i'm working on it for a customer of mine. Thee went in and password locked the HDD in BIOS and I was going to bypass it with one of hirens boot cd dos programs. When i try to boot from USB it just goes to the HDD lock screen same thing with cd drive. I changed the boot orders in bios but still nothing. I've tried everything i know. I even tried both the cd and usb drive on another computer and they work fine. I tried removing the HDD and letting it boot it just stops on a blank screen. I can get in bios and i can see the splash screen but it won't for anything boot to usb or cd.

they have to contact acer themselves and prove ownership of that machine since forum do not permit to help bypass password .

I'm not asking how to bypass a password. I'm asking how to get it to boot from USB or CD Rom
