Email attachments

Hello,
My email attachments will not open with windows media player only open when they are online if this makes sense to you,the help answer was memory nearly full how do i correct this?

So your videos open online but don't open when you save them on your hard drive?

- Try saving on a flash drive or external hard disk and try to play them
- Download VLC player and try it
