email imbedded link problem

On followed threads, I get email notifications as expected.
However when I click on a link the results are inconsistent.
Sometimes, I go to the post and can respond normally.
Other times the link shows the post without formatting and an invitation to login.
If the post is still on the active list, I can access it normally from there.

I have no clue why this is happening.

Looking at some others, it appears that the ones from tomshardware.com are ok while those from tomshardware.co.uk are not

.uk site is kind of separated, you have to login to that too, using the same .com login
