Email password not found

Hi, I wanted to log in into my old Twitter account but I lost my pass, since the EMAIL I use for the account is an old one and I also lost the pass of it. So I have Outlook as much info as I could but it wasn't enough, can anybody help me how to recover it with another mail pls?
