Email PM notifications but nothing when I log into Toms.

I'm getting notified by Email I have private messages to view but when I log in here there is nothing to see.

Turn off email notifications in that case. Then you'll only see notifications at top-right of forum page when you've actually got new PMs to read. So there really is no need to have email notifications anyway.

I know that doesn't explain why you're getting seemingly inaccurate emails, but it does fix the problem.

I can see the name of the person that is attempting to PM me on the Email but I have no way to contact them.

This is a new one to me. It will probably be Monday before one of the Community Managers can forward the issue to the devs. Unless someone else has seen this before and I'm missing something?

I'll send you a test PM. Let's see if it works for me.
