I am being asked to provide my "Email Server Address." Where can I find that? My email address has been assigned by my company, <Email removed by Moderator>. We use Outlook 2010

We would assume it would want your email address based on the little information we have

I use Method CRM. It has the ability to automatically send emails when certain criteria are met. In order to take advantage of this, I am asked for "Email Server Address (mail.example_company.com):", "Email user name (john.smith):" (I know that), "Email password" (I can figure that out.) "Port (optional):", and "Use SSL" (yes or no).
