Email Troubles

my internet works fine but when I try to get to my email account, just a regular one through my college, it comes up with an error message saying the page can't be displayed. I am convinced it is a software issue but i have no idea where to even start to change it the right way. If anyone has had this problem before or knows what the heck is up...please give me your advice. Thanks

You should start by checking all your E Mail settings. What E Mail program are you using?

its the email account that i got through my college. But not just that email, it's also hotmail that i get the same error message. Any ideas?

I'd check with your network administrator, I suppose it could be a network security/computer settings. Strange you can't access either, especially if you school E Mail is POP3, which is different type than your Hotmail
