Hi All,

I am using the email client that is packaged with Windows 7 and I am having trouble enabling the preview pane in the junk mail folder. It is enabled in all of the other folders and it seems to me that it should also be enabled in the junk folder view but it's not.

Please tell me what I am doing wrong.

There is no email client packaged with Windows 7... but from the sound of it, you're using Windows Live Mail 2011, correct?

If that's the case, then the preview pane is disable in your Junk folder for a reason... to prevent malicious code from being run once it's previewed / opened. If you are sure the message is safe, then you can just double-click to open it or move it to your Inbox to preview it.
