Emergency!!! Internal connectors wrong inserted??? what will happen?HELP!!!

hey guys when you install your hardware on the end you should plug in the internal connectors e.g: h.d.d led, speaker, reset switch, power switch.) it has a positive and negative side now lets say you install it opposite(wrong)? will it burn out and break or what? also

Usually worst case the light just goes on the front or the switch cables melts.
The board is very rarely affected.

I NEVER TRY TO PUT THEM IN CORRECT EITHER I GET LUCKY OR THEY WORK EITHER WAY.

Maybe. Mostly no. But its fixable.

Polarity should not matter with the switches, you should be able to plug them in either way. The LEDs should not be harmed if plugged in backwards either as a reverse biased diode will prevent much current from flowing.

But honestly, it is not that hard to read your motherboard manual and figure it out...
