Start testing components, preferably with a different PSU, do you have another rig or can you borrow one to test with

What has changed recently in your PC?

Any suggestions on where to start the spark emerged on the right hand side of the pc and only began at startup immediately on a previous effort I managed to get the pc up and running with no incident also the back fan stopped spinning could something related to this be the cause.

Again, did you recently install or remove components?

So this cable here is the reason this happened. http://imgur.com/a/CumiP This connected to the front ubs ports and two fans in the case. Due to this being ripped when I started up the pc sparks happened thanks everyone for suggestions.
