dang I am an emotional brucey a lot lately...

I had a major computer crash today and lost everything. If someone could
repost the method to clear the banner at the top of Firefox I would greatly
appreciate it.

My Illusen's quest cost me 8,000 for #20 and 7,000 for 21... Hmmmmm 😱P
well, I will continue as far as I can go.

Get the AdBlock extension for Firefox. RIght click on every banner at the
top and click Adblock image. Works for me.

I have been doing that, but I know I had to enter a "code" of some sort some
place and that allowed me to not worry about right-clicking everything.

Load Images
By default, images are loaded on Web pages. Uncheck this option to disable
images completely. If images are loaded, you can still specify not to load
images from certain sites by clicking Exceptions.

for the originating Web site only
Enabling this option will make sure that only images located at the current
Web site are loaded.

The Exceptions window lists all servers that you are currently blocking
images for. To block a server, such as an advertising server, right click on
an image on a Web page and select Block Images from <server>. To unblock a
site, select that server from the Exceptions window and click Remove Site.
To unblock all sites so all images are shown again, click Remove All Sites.

Not quite... I still have the box at the top of the screen, and Strength
game is blocked because I don't have the plug-in, which, IIRC, I do not want
to install.

Install the ChromeEdit extension. Go to Tools->Edit User
Files->userContent.css. Add...

#ban { display: none !important; }

...then close that and all other FireFox windows to initialize it. Next
time you use FireFox on Neopets, no more top adds for you...

In the userContent.css (2nd tab), as I said... Hmmm. Maybe you have to
reboot to initialize it. :/ All I know is it works on mine... 🙁
