No, could not copy over to new hard drive, only one electric line and 1
plug, this is window 2000 professional and the other was 98. I ran DXDiag
and it shows no problem, but I am not sure what tab is for the graphic card
.... I am guessing, DirectX or Display.

Yes, I saw the attachment. I saw a similar problem before but don't
remember the cause. You might try removing the Zone then reinstall.
This will help if the icon file was damaged during download. A file
that displays the lobby window could be the problem too. Here's a
partial list of files you might delete:

ChatRes.dll, CommonRes.dll, DynamicRes.dll, Lobby.exe, LobbyRes.dll,
TheaterRes.dll, Zchat.dll, Zgs.dll, Zonecore.dll and Zonelib.dll
