Empty 5400rpm drive, best utilisation for gaming?

Okay basically a question of curiosity here. I've got my beautiful little gaming pc with a 2TB caviar black 7200rpm hdd which currently has the os and all data and games installed on it. I've recently came into possession of a 320GB 5400rpm hdd which I know isn't great but I figured I may as well use it. Any ideas if there would be a performance increase or decrease from installing games on this drive or simply using it for my os? I realise if being used to boot my boot time would be slower, but would my games see any performance increase?

Yeah, 5400rpm is really only good for data storage, and not stuff that needs to be loaded fast. Video files, music, that sort of thing.

I've had a 5400rpm hard drive as my os drive before, I changed that out fast as I could.
