EMTEC 64GB USB 3 not working on tv

I have recently purchased a EMTEC 64GB Flash Drive, downloaded a TV series & home videos.

The Pen works on my laptop ( windows 10) but will not work on my LG TV
Any suggestions please. Other pen drives will work on the TV with the same downloads!!

Could be the NTFS versus FAT32 issue.

I'm guessing the TV needs a FAT32 pen drive, but your 64GB one is probably NTFS, in which case you need to plug it back in to your PC and reformat it, choosing FAT32 as the file system.
