Note:Not Xpadder or Joy2Key or anything like that.
Can someone please suggest me some softwares to be able to use my KEYBOARD AS X360 CONTROLLER, i only have one, but i need 2 to play the game, and the game will only play with 2 xbox 360 controllers, i searched but everyone suggest xpadder which emulates x360 controller into keyboard, that's not what am looking for.
Thanks in advance.

What kind of crazy game are you playing that has you juggling 2 gamepads? If it is for a second player most PC games allow each player to select a control scheme. If not you can get PC USB gamepads pretty cheap.

The problem is the Xbox 360 controller is ALWAYS considered the first player input, most games won't let you change this (because its handled OS level), and changing the key bindings to make mouse+keyboard with with player two is impossible in most titles. So the OP wants something that essentially fakes the OS into treating the mouse+keyboard as a second 360 controller.

I don't think it can be done honestly. You can use x360ce to map a gamepad to the 360 controller and that will work (in supported games at least), but I don't think you can fake out mouse+keyboard in windows. And yes, its idiotic there's no way to force the 360 controller to a second player input if you have just one.

You can try faking it out via unplugging/replugging into a different port VERY fast, but I've only gotten that to work once, and eventually broke a USB port doing it.

I found it! it's a program called PPJoy, it makes the Keyboard/Mouse act as a 360 controller, it does have some problems with windows XP and up, but enabling test mode in windows, installing the drivers and redisabling test mode again worked it around for me.
Thank you all for your efforts.
