Emulator PC Build Questions

Building an Emulator PC. I posted a while back on a build, but its been a while and my budget slightly changed. Curious what you guys think of this build.

Is this better than whats in my part picker?

Main thing is, the motherboard needs to be a mini-itx (custom case)
Video card needs to be compact

Needs to run most modern emulators (up to wii but see some good ones coming out in the future for xbox 360 and PS3) and possibly some semi-intense pc games.

Please nitpick the crap out of this

That will work fine but the 960 selected is weaker than the 380. If you are patient, you could wait for a R9 480 (Julyish).

As this is going to be done by next weekend, I am not patient enough to wait So the 380 is a solid choice!

Anything else need to be nit picked? HDD ok? Ram choice ok? etc etc?

Yep, everything else is good. If you have the money I might up to an i5-4760K/i5-4590K but otherwise looks great.

Is the upgrade worth the 80 dollar diff?

The i5-4590K is cheaper at the moment. The $50 difference isn't too much of an improvement unless you overclock. So if you aren't going to do that you might as well go with your current CPU.

Yeah, I have never overclocked and don't necessarily need to for an arcade emulator pc

Then you probably want the i5-4690 or just the current CPU in your build. If you aren't OCing, it doesn't matter too much.
