Not sure if this is the correct category, but I am looking to enable AMDs virtualization on my Huawei Matebook D (Ryzen 2500u). I am looking at using virtual box and I need to enable this setting, but the BIOS does not have any advanced settings. (InsydeH20 is the BIOS) Any help is appreciated, the Virtual Box is only showing 32 bit OS so I thought that this may be the problem.

Solution
The option should show in your BIOS as Virutalization Technology.
If you can't find it you can try updating the BIOS to the newest version from here: https://consumer.huawei.com/en/support/laptops/matebook-d/

That got it! Thanks

Open your task manager and click on the performance tab. There you should see if virtualization is enabled or disabled(it's under the cores and logical processors count).
