Enable bluetooth on pc

I want to have Bluetooth on my new build, but I don't want a usb dongle, is there any option?

they make internal cards with it. usually a wifi/bluetooth card that uses a pci or pcie slot. you may even be able to find a mobo with bluetooth built in but i can't remember ever searching for one so can't name any.

I have a mobo and also a tp link archer wifi card, the only thing missing is a Bluetooth card

i have never seen an internal adapter that was just bluetooth. they are usually combined into a wifi card. you can get something like this

which is a tiny usb adapter. plug it into one of the mobo usb ports and you'll never even remember it is there.
