[SOLVED] Enable inputs on 2nd gpu?

I recently built a pc, and installed two Amd graphic cards in it. The first one is the one I use for my monitor. However, I am wanting to start using a second monitor on the second gpu. When I plug it in it says it is getting no signal... I have looked everywhere online, but haven’t found a solution as of yet. Thanks in advance!

Are the cards identical and possibly set up for Crossfire? That would disable the outputs on the 2nd card.
