Hi
I recently changed the settings in msconfig and I enableed the debug option + number of running cores and set it to use maximum memory..
Rebooted it and on the Windows starting screen it hangs without any notice.
I tried everything. Believe me every thing.
Whenever I boot it up it shows up the name of the os and this shit along side it : Windows 7 ( debugger enabled) ....
It doesn't go in any safe modes.

Hopefully, you have a Windows 7 DVD or can borrow one because it doesn't seem your system offers you the StartUp Repair option.

Go for that option by booting from the DVD and look for Command Prompt. Using msconfig.exe, reverse the changes you made and click to boot in Safe Mode just in case.
