Question Enabled PTT & Secure Boot but I can't install Windows 11 ?

I meet All minimum requirements.
I successfully enabled both Secure boot & PTT aka TPM in bios.
ran tpm.msc just to check, Yes It's activated.
But the PC Health Check app by Microsoft still rejects my pc & says "This PC can't run Windows 11" ?

Make and model of your motherboard? Might want to parse your entire system's specs so we're sure you're not just limited to enabling PTT and Secure Boot.
