i managed to enabled secure boot on my bios (AsRock AB350 Gaming K4) but Pc Health Check says i cant run Win11 due to havent enabled secure boot......

Whats wrong? Any ideas?

Probably your system is booting in legacy mode.
It needs to be converted to UEFI compatible before secure boot becomes operational.
Can you show screenshot from Disk Management?
