Question Enabled TPM now my pc isn't working

I found out the reason I couldn't get Windows 11 on my PC is because my TPM was disable. I went into my BIOS to enable it. when exiting it also said my fan levels1, 2, 3 went from 100 to 20, 20, 75. it was weird but truthfully didn't understand it. Finished and saved the settings. Now my PC fans and lights turn on. My monitors keyboard and mouse are not working and nothing is being displayed on my screens. I'm scared I seriously messed up my PC. Please, send help!!

First: are you able to go back into BIOS and undo the the changes (i.e., disable TPM again)?

Second: will the PC boot into Safe Mode?

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?
