I have a Powercolor 7870 Myst Edition card, and recently upgraded from 1 to 4 monitors. I plug them all into the card, but I can only get three monitors to actually enable. I try to enable the fourth monitor (which is detected in Windows' display settings), but I keep getting an error of "Unable to save display settings". If i disable another monitor, I can enable the fourth monitor, but then I can't re-enable the monitor again.

My monitor setup is:

Monitor 1: HDMI
Monitor 2: DVI
Monitor 3: Active mDP > DVI
Monitor 4: Passive mDP > HDMI

I have tried lowering resolutions and updating drivers, but still no luck. Any advice would be great.

I trieda second active mDP to HDMI, but when powered on the computer, only one active mDP and the DVI showed up in Windows display settings. The other two monitors (including the second mDP), didn't even show up as grayed out. That was why I used one active and one passive, since at least Windows recognized all 4 monitors even though I couldn't enable one.

Did I do something wrong with the two active mDP'S?

I think I might have found the problem. One of the active mDP adapters would not show any video, regardless of how many other monitors were plugged in, so I assume that it is defective. I have a replacement shipping from Amazon that should arrive tomorrow. Hopefully that was the issue.
