Does enabling AMP damage my RAM and CPU? Or if not does it shorten its lifespan? I read that although its automatic and tested by manufacturer it would increase like voltage? Thus increasing temp? If that's the case is there anyway to increase frequency of RAM without enabling AMP? Or is there a RAM that has a clock speed without AMP around 3000/3200mhz? Or is that solely dependent on your motherboard specs?

DDR4 is rather low power to start with, and it stays cool rather easily (unlike top notch DDR3 at the time). This makes it difficult to clock up when reaching higher clock speed, as such most sticks include the need for an overvolt once you get past 2.6 GHz.
But it's rather mild, easily taken care of by the small heat spreaders they are sometimes equipped with. So no, they won't get damaged, not will they damage the CPU.
To really be at ease, either use air for your CPU cooling or make sure that air circulation in your case is good. But your motherboard's vrm are more susceptible to overheat than your RAM, so you need to do that anyway.
