Enabling Windows XP Mode in Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

I have Windows 7 Professional 64-bit installed on my PC and I would like to enable Windows XP Mode via Hardware-Assisted Virtualization. I know that requires a change to the settings in BIOS; I believe something to do with system configuration, but I have searched through the BIOS on my PC and not found those settings. I am uncomfortable making guesses with BIOS settings, thus the reason for my post here.
I have used the Microsoft Hardware-Assisted Virtualization Detection Tool and verified that my system supports this function. It just needs to be enabled. My mobo is the ASRock Fatal1ty Z87 Killer
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Check in BIOS, Advanced, CPU Configuration, thesetting for Intel Virtualization Technology.

Thank you for the reply. I did go into BIOS, Advanced, CPU Configuration and found that the Intel Virtualization Technology was enabled. However, when I run the Microsoft Hardware-Assisted Virtualization Detection Tool it says "...Hardware-assisted virtualization is not enabled on this computer..."
I've double checked that my CPU supports this technology here and it does (i5-4670). Any idea what the problem could be?

There's also a VT-D setting in the Chipset Configuration. The manual says that VT-D Capabilty unsupported. See what are the options in BIOS.

The VT-D setting in Chipset Configuration was disabled. I enabled it than ran the Microsoft Hardware-Assisted Virtualization Detection tool and I still get the same message, "Hardware-assisted virtualization is not enabled on this computer".

But you can have XP Mode installed, even if VT-D not working. Have you tried it?
