ENB Crashes my GTA SA, d3d9.dll problem?

When i want to start GTA SA WITH D3D9.dll (required to run ENB) it crashes to desktop and error "Fault Module Name: d3d9.dll" .

Without d3d9 it run, of course, but Without ENB

I doo install mods, but this is a d3d9.dll problem so i suppose its not bcuz of mods since it can start without ENB

I bought the DVD game at local store.

My spec

AMD A6 3670K apu
hd 6530d

i have GTA 4 too and ran it smoothly.

Please help, i want to play with ENB so badly

Edit : I already performed clean install, and installing directx SDK but still no changes

I am using directx 11
