I see enchantment points on a weapon...now how do i add an enchantment???

In NWN, there is a magic weaponsmith in Chapter 1 and Chapter 3. You can
get them to add enchantments to weapons. In HotU, there's a magic
weaponsmith in Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 who will also add enchantments,
but in a different manner. If you're talking about the toolset, just
Edit Copy a standard weapon and select the Properties you want to add to it.
