btw, at that level, your characters chance of successfully
enchanting on their own, is about the same as Ed McMudcrab
showing up on the prize patrol ailt and presenting them
with an oversized check for 10 million gold.

Your elf should see a professional till you build up the
stats and have a stockpile of fortify intelligence potions
and souls handy.
