Is it possible to assign a hotkey to terminate the process of a program, as you would in the Process tab of the Task Manager? And don't just say Alt+F4, as that rarely works on games nowdays.

Ending a process in this way is a horribly bad idea for a number of reasons. Always exit a program properly, otherwise be prepared to live with an unstable system, strange errors, and a potentially corrupt filesystem. A hotkey isn't possible for this reason. Alt+F4 is generally caught by games so the OS never acts on it. You should rarely need to kill a process, if you're doing it often something else is wrong and you need to fix that first.

Are you guys living in 2006? I just want a "yes, and how" or a "no" answer. I've been using and playing on computers all my life, I know what I'm doing. I just need to know if this is possible or not.

You call us old fashioned and still you can't use Google?

Protip: Don't get arrogant towards the people that are trying to help you for free.

No one was trying to help, they were just saying things. And nor was I getting arrogant, and I googled it plenty of times but nobody was asking the same questions, and whenever somebody else did ask it they all were just saying pressalt+f4 or don't do it, no actual answer to the question.
I just don't understand why people can't just ignore threads if they don't know the actual answer.

Nope, that isn't at all what I want to do.
