Solution
It might be looking for a UEFI USB device only, instead of a legacy USB device.

You need to try to turn on legacy support on so you can boot to that USB thumb drive that is not UEFI based.

I believe on that laptop BIOS. you need to turn off secure boot and CSM to enabled option. Then you should get new options to boot from legacy devices.

While this is not the same BIOS version as yours (older) it may show you where you can find your settings or give you some idea of where to look for the settings.

Please provide your full system specs so we know what type of system we are doing with.

You said "but the bios wont open as it should" what do you mean? How it is not opening as it should? Are you getting errors? can you actually get into the bios? We need more information.

From your user manual (english), pg 66
http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/nb/GL753VD/0409_E11814_GL753VD_A.pdf

F12 during power up will get you into the BIOS.

Endless OS is a interesting cropped Linux based OS. but that should not prevent you to make a usb boot windows 10 thumb drive (like will have to perform this on someone elses computer as your Endless OS computer is limited to this Linux based operating system. find a windows computer, download rufus, goto windows 10 link shown above download the file and let fufus format the usb stick as uefi/mbr mode and copy the windows 10 file on it. then you should be off to the races.

OK then....

Let's test things.
OmniSpammer...
Do you have another USB stick, of 5GB or larger?
Do you have another PC to create a new USB install?

If so....create a new Windows USB install.
Here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Assuming you can create that, attempt to boot from it.
If it works, then your existing USB thing is faulty.
If it doesn't...you have other issues.

The OP said "i have already bought an win10 usb — flash stick from the store"

It was preinstalled and purchase from the store. No reformatting or anything done is needed.

He simply needs to turn on legacy mode as I had stated so UEFI can see a non UEFI boot device, then boot from it.

I don't even know where you get GPT from. UEFI can boot from MBR. It just can't deal with over 2TB in data... So GPT has nothing to do with it.

Exactly.

OK...let's stop bickering.
Anything that does not directly address the OP and his situation is off topic.

As I see it, either the purchased USB stick is faulty, or the right thing is not being selected in the BIOS to boot from it.
Hence, my suggested test above.

Except it doesn't always work like that.
Last night i found a laptop that did not see the usb as bootable. So I went with the old-timey solution of using rufus to write the os and GPT selected. And it worked.
