Enermax keeps blowing fuse

My psu enermax Elt 400 keeps blowing fuse when powerin on..any suggestions to why.have replaced it now 4 times...any help appreciated ahead of time..

Replaced the fuse four times or the PSU?

no not the psu ..i have replaced the fuse in the psu 4 times now..everytime i switch the power on..it blows the fuse..

The I suspect the PSU itself is faulty, probably an internal live short. Replacement advised.
