Enermax Noisetaker 475 or Antec True550?

Im torn between the Enermax Noisetaker 475 and the Antec True550. The noise take will give asthetics and big vent fans while the true550 will give more power. The PSU will be going into a rig that has

Barton CPU OC to about 2.6ghz (the HSF has a 92mm fan)
1gb of ram
1 sata HD
2 optical drives
Radeon 9800 pro
6 case fans
2 cathode lights
1 audigy
4 usb peripherals

I would love to say that the Enermax would be enough but I need more juice than this then let me know of a better PSU than the Noisetaker 475. Thanks....
