engine stopping

I think I have seen this question asked before but I can't
find an answer right now. What causes the engine to just
stop running after a few seconds sitting at idle on the
ground and is there a fix for it? I have changed the
settings to automixture with no results and it seems to
occur only on an add-on aircraft. If I keep the throttle
moving away from idle it will keep running.

Well, what's wrong with moving the throttle slightly off
idle/cut-off to keep the engine running?

The point of the question was that only certain models
will do that and they shoudn't. Anyway, I already fixed it
by changing the idle_rpm_mechanical_efficiency_scalar
number in the .cfg file.

Good for you Tom! There's almost always a harder way to
take care of a simple problem if you will only look for it.
