Enhancing Audio Quality

Im on low budget, Im going to buy asus cerberus or kingston hyperx stinger(btw which 1 is better in your opinion) ,my mobo is h81m-ds2(low end 4th gen mobo) so i can guess it wont produce good audio..so whats the cheap way to get good audio for my new headset?
should i buy usb sound card or external dac amp? i need good and budget suggestions

Both of those headsets have mediocre audio quality, so they will match the terrible on-board audio of your motherboard without issue.

Guess youre are saying im all set
Cerberus is around 55$ and stinger is around 65$...so should i go for cerberus?
