Ever since I've known to overclock my setup, I've done it through the jumpers. I didn't like the BIOS, because if I messed up, I assumed I had to clear the CMOS just to put everything back into their defaults. But, glancing at the manual, I just learned something that just changed the way I overclock:

Notes for JumperFree Mode
System Hangup
If your system crashes or hangs due to improper frequency settings, power OFF your system and restart. The system will start up in safe mode running at a DRAM-to-CPU frequency ration of 3:3 and a bus speed of 100MHz. You will then be led to BIOS setup to adjust the configurations.

I think it's so much better that I don't have to worry about cracking open my computer anymore to change some settings. This applies to the Asus A7V133 rev. 105 motherboard, but make sure you check your manual. Perhaps this can also apply. Now, if you've already known this, I know you must be laughing hysterically, fine. But, I just wanted to share this because some people might not have known this before (me being the example). If this has helped you, please reply. I would just like to know if I'm the only person who didn't know this. (Don't be shy either...
