PSU: Silverstone 500W strider essentials
AVR: delkin, has 4 power slot (1 has 110V says for cellphone charge only, 3 is labeled 220W each)

My system:
i7 2600
p8h61-m le
1060 6gb
16gb ram
4 case fans
cpu cooler CM hyper 212X

just incase monitor info is needed:
ASUS VC239H

I have my system unit and monitor connected to the AVR, to the 220W slot.

My question is, should I continue using my AVR? and does my system unit draws more than 220W? how does it affect it since its connected to 220W labeled slot in AVR, cause I've been getting stutters and been thinking if maybe, just maybe this causes it.

Solution
Excuse me, you're confusing V with W

They are not the same thing.

Do you draw more than 220W's? Yes you do! You're pulling 450W from the PSU.
Might I ask where you live and if you really need an AVR? You should be looking at UPS's if you frequently have blackouts. I also wouldn't rely on that AVR since it does not have grounding on it and the 500W advertising is misleading.

The AVR doesn't state any overall watts in it. It just has 4 plug slots at the back which is as follows:
1. 110V (says for cellphone charge only)
2. 220W (where i connect my PSU)
3. 220W (where I connect my monitor)
4. 220W

With my specs, do I draw more than 220W?
and I live in the Philippines.
