Question Enough cooling?

I built a desktop mainly for streaming and watching 4k films.
Is the specs and cooling sufficient?
Should I get a CPU cooler instead of the stock?
If so, what are my options? case supports up to 157mm height only.

The specs as follows:
-Intel i5-9400F 2.9Ghz
-Asus TUF B360 Pro-Gaming Wifi
-Crucial DDR4 8gb ram
-Samsung 860 EVO 250GB M.2 SSD
-WD blue 1TB HDD 3.5
-Galax GTX 1050 2GB DDR5 PCIe
-Coolermaster E500L
-Additional 3x ThermalTake Cooling fan

you cant oc that cpu? then maybe get a cheap 120w cooler to lower temps and reduce noise.
but i wouldn't go spending more than 20-30 on a cooler as its not really needed at all, as the 1 that ships with it is good enough, if a bit noisey.
