Enough for crossfire?

yes it should be okay, a single 5850 draws 130w max load i think so 260w is what crossfire will take up, more than enough

both cards will need their own yes. Your motherboard should have a pcie 3.0 and pcie 2.0 if it's relatively modern

yes you need to power them both individually with 2 six pin power connectors
