Enough power for CPU

Will a 250w power supply run the Intel Core 2 Quad Q6700 ? Also, will this CPU work with DDR2 ram? This cpu will go into a Acer Veriton M460 if it will work.

there are some lga 775 socket boards that take ddr2 I believe some can take ddr as well so just make certain before you buy. without knowing all of what is going into the pc it is hard to tell if that psu will be enough; however 250w is very small, I would recommend at least a 450 for safe measure.
